    It is very easy indeed to fall for these self-defeating thoughts without being aware they're keeping you from your achieving your goals. I find it beneficial when I talk to myself in front of the mirror and literally try to snap from these thoughts.

      "It is easier to avoid facing difficulties than to confront challenges directly." ? True, but proportionally the more one refuses to confront challenges directly, the more difficult it is to avoid facing difficulties.

        These ideas are so crazy I had trouble understanding them. Are there any people who really think like this? Seriously, to have even written these down you would have to be nuts.

              I have heard of Albert Ellis and think he wrote "A Guide to Raitonal Living" I also like the audio track with podpress and music transitions - great blog!
