Trying to get teenagers to committ to abstinence is like trying to get a dog to committ to not bark. This is utter stupidity, teenagers will have sex no matter what we do and it's time to face that reality. What we need to be strongly pushing is safe sex and the reality of parenthood to deter from teen pregnancy.
