Thanks for the info… but to get that stage (germinated seed) to the consumer would probably be costly.

A germinated seed … briefly… is when the seed begins to spurt open and growth emerges.
To quickly make the point… there is a time (factor) period that is essential for nutritional value.
To sustain (shelf life of germinated seeds) that particular stage would be difficult. This is a critical phase in the life of a seed (plant) when it’s most vulnerable to injury and even disease. It’s so fragile. A seed (germination) is cued by water, temperature, degrees of light and darkness (lighting) and oxygen. Then it spurts… then there would have to be a way to suspend or postpone peroxyl radical production (that put simply – breakdown for nutritional value). Another words there’s a short time period for (shelf life)… a shelf life if you will, all foods have a shelf life where they can be eaten within a time for their nutritional value ... but with germinated seeds in particular because they are so fragile and to sustain that stage… they grow quickly.
You might say, well refrigerate… yes that would help. But refrigeration in the market place is always set at certain temperatures be it for leafy vegetables etc., etc… germinated seeds would need specific temps, and with regards to the different varieties.
Specialty Shops might be able to handle it… and with out a doubt to a certain point and at a cost I’m sure to the consumer.

Well, So do other “good” foods.
I’m sure we can get the same benefits with other cost effective foods. One just needs to inform themselves… as all bloggers love to read.
